Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

1. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 2 days from the date of delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
-Be unused and in perfect condition
-Be in their original packaging
-The original receipt is required.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

We do not offer cash refunds.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept exchanges for:
-Items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery
-Items without original packaging
-Discounted, clearance, or final sale items
-Gift cards

3. Exchanges shipping fees
All delivery and return shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us within 2 days with:
-Your original receipt
-Your order details
-Photo of the item (if requested)
